Reaching Out
‘Ground zero’ in your journey is to reach out to our team here at CATCH Recovery. We understand that acknowledging the need for therapy and seeking help for an addiction can be a difficult and vulnerable process, and we are here to support you in making that first positive step.
Our services are suitable for those struggling with substance abuse, behavioural addictions, and co-occurring mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
If the nature of your substance abuse or alcohol use is complex, we can refer you to a suitable detox and withdrawal service under the residential care of medical professionals.
The Therapies
We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) that have been shown to improve mental health and reduce rates of relapse.

Online Therapy
Our online therapies are preferred by busy professionals, people who travel a lot and those who are anxious when it comes to new environments, meeting new people or are otherwise concerned to come in person.

Face-to-Face Therapy
In-person therapies are provided in our facilities found in South Kensington, London. We have group and individual therapy rooms available as part of our standard outpatient addiction counselling services.

We offer a unique 24-week programme of aftercare therapy for those who have just left a residential rehab clinic. This programme has been developed over 10 years with Castle Craig Hospital, leading addiction rehab, and is run by CATCH Recovery. Sober Companionship for Long-term Recovery
Sober companions – a person in recovery who lives with you in the early days of your sobriety – can be incorporated within the CATCH Recovery intensive outpatient programme or as part of the post-inpatient treatment programme.

Additional Support Services
Addiction is a complicated illness, and for those struggling, denial is often the first barrier that prevents them from reaching out for support. Helping a loved one understand the impact of their behaviour and setting consistent boundaries can help accelerate their need for change. The team at CATCH Recovery can support you in staging an intervention.
Referral Services for Inpatient Addiction Treatment
Alcohol and drug abuse are complex conditions that can seriously impact your physical and mental health. Although addiction is a psychological illness, substance use disorders can lead to physical dependence and difficult withdrawal symptoms. Managing the risks associated with physical drug or alcohol dependence may require residential treatment to allow the body to withdraw safely from substances. This is essential for dependences related to opiate, benzodiazepine and alcohol abuse.
As part of the Castle Health network, we can arrange a suitable placement for you or a loved one to complete a medically supervised detox under the care of qualified medical professionals.
