Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a qualified and accredited Recovery and Authenticity Coach, holding an ACC certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a CCAR RCP qualification with the International Association of Recovery Coach Professionals (IARCP). With over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness and 3 years of active recovery, she combines her personal journey of overcoming addiction with her professional expertise to guide others toward transformation.

Having battled her own struggles with substance and behavioural use disorders, Elizabeth draws from both personal experience and professional insight to empower others in their recovery. In addition to her work in residential treatment settings, she also facilitates continued care group programs and works 1:1 with clients navigating recovery in the ‘real world,’ offering guidance, support, and mentorship to those navigating the complexities of addiction, mental health, and self-discovery.

Elizabeth’s coaching is person-centred, transformational, and rooted in authenticity and compassion. She focuses on building self-trust, emotional resilience, and a deep connection to one’s authentic self, guiding individuals to uncover their true purpose and embrace a life of freedom, growth, and fulfilment. Recovery, for Elizabeth, is about embracing and accepting all that is whole within us, not about fixing what is broken. She empowers individuals to reconnect with their true selves, build emotional resilience, and find a deeper sense of purpose beyond sobriety. Through her work, Elizabeth supports clients in reclaiming their lives, rediscovering joy, and stepping into their fullest potential.

Elizabeth’s unique blend of expertise, lived experience, and genuine compassion has made her a trusted mentor for individuals seeking to reclaim their lives, free themselves from past limitations, and step boldly into a future of personal growth and empowerment.
