Colleen M. Kelly, PhD, MFT, is a highly experienced psychotherapist, international speaker, and clinical outreach consultant specializing in addiction, family therapy, and couples work. With 32 years of personal recovery, she has over 30 years of experience in global substance abuse and mental health treatment.

As a California Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and APA Board Certified Professional Counselor, Dr. Kelly has held key clinical roles at renowned treatment centers and has designed family programs for multiple rehab facilities and provided clinical supervision and aftercare services. Kelly is also at the forefront of innovative mental health technology as part of a haptic-based EMDR and brain performance tech company based in Ireland.

Committed to mental health advocacy, she has worked with Palestinian, Syrian, and North African refugees, providing therapy and human rights support. She continues to lecture internationally on addiction, trauma, and Transgenerational Grief. She maintains offices in Paris, London, Marbella Spain, Dundalk Ireland, NYC, and California.
